We blend, pack and ship everything ourselves from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and we deliver across Canada.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed the next business day.

Rates and delivery options

At checkout you will see every option available for your address and can pick whichever suits you. Canada Post rates are calculated live from the weight and size of your parcel, so for addresses near Winnipeg they are often cheaper than our flat rate.

Winnipeg local delivery and pickup

Local delivery and collection are available in Winnipeg. Choose the option at checkout and we will confirm the arrangements with you directly.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived within a week of that email, write to us and we will chase it.

If something goes wrong

Parcels are occasionally delayed by the carrier or by weather, which is outside our control. But a lost or undelivered parcel is our problem to solve, not yours. Contact us at kosheqmt@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you.
