Are Koshe spices natural?

Yes. All Koshe spice blends are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives.

Are your spices spicy?

Our blends are crafted to be mild to medium in heat, focusing more on flavour and aroma than extreme heat. You can always adjust quantity to suit your taste.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some products, such as Koshe Suya BBQ Spice, contain peanuts. Please check the ingredient list on each product label before use.

Are Koshe spices gluten-free?

Our spice blends do not contain gluten ingredients. However, they are produced in facilities that may handle other allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

How do I use Koshe Chicken Dry Rub?

Simply rub generously onto chicken before grilling, roasting, or sautéing. For deeper flavour, allow it to rest for 15–30 minutes before cooking.

How do I use Koshe Suya BBQ Spice?

Sprinkle over meat or vegetables before grilling or roasting. You can also mix it with oil to create a quick marinade or sauce base.

How do I use Koshe Pepper Soup Spice?

Add directly to boiling broth or soup while cooking. Let it simmer to release full flavour, then adjust seasoning to taste.

How do I use Koshe Marinade Mix?

Coat meat or vegetables and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For richer flavour, marinate overnight. Grill, roast, or pan-sear as desired.

How should I store Koshe spices?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close the lid tightly after use.

Do your spices need refrigeration?

No. All Koshe spice products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.

How long do Koshe spices last?

For best flavour, use within 12–18 months of purchase. Refer to the best-before date on the product label.
